These terms govern your use of AlmaTutors as a student or tutor. By using our services, you agree to them.

1. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Platform Access

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

3. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors agree to provide professional and respectful teaching services.

4. Student Conduct

Students must respect scheduled sessions and the tutor's time. Missed sessions may not be refunded.

5. Payment

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Tutors receive payouts minus platform fees.

6. Third-Party Integrations

AlmaTutors integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality:

Stripe: For payment processing, subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Zoom: For video meetings, subject to Zoom's Terms of Service. See our Zoom Integration Privacy Policy for details.

By using these integrations, you agree to the respective third-party terms. AlmaTutors is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

AlmaTutors is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party integrations.
